Founded in 2008, Retros began as a passion project born from an extravagant love of design and aesthetics. The journey began in the Old Factory Electronica, where the first curated pieces quickly drew attention from Bucharest’s creative community. As interest grew, so did the need for space. Retros moved to larger locations, including the historical Silk and Lathing factories, before finding its present home at the House of the Free Press and the newly opened gallery in the Primăverii area.
