On May 21st, starting at 19:00, we’re opening our doors at Retros Gallery (Moliere 12) for the return of the exhibition by Galleria 146 and Dragoș Sora, part of Romanian Design Week.

A dialogue between art and design, space and rhythm — set in a gallery where every piece has a story.

We are waitting for you to enjoy together a social night with drinks and music.

A design object begins its life as a raw material, goes through a process of creation and restoration, passes through and lives in several spaces and with several owners until it finds its ‘perfect place’. In turn, spaces also have an effect on the object. Similarly, people navigate through different environments, some unsuitable, some suitable, until they find a sense of belonging.

Each photograph in the exhibition “IT TAKES TIME TO FIND YOUR PLACE”, created by Retros Gallery with Galeria 146 and the artist Dragoș Sora, tells the story of an object “lost” in the wrong environment or even the moment it finally discovers its true purpose.
